Club 1950

Honoring AASLD’s founding year, 1950, Club 1950 is a society of donors who contribute $1950 or more annually in support of AASLD Foundations mission- to invest in innovative hepatology research and in the people who study and treat liver disease.

Dr. Kimberly Brown, Chair of AASLD Foundation's Board of Trustees, is thrilled to see the establishment of this community which acknowledges the crucial role of continual support to sustain funding for hepatology research and those training and treating liver disease.

Commit to acting as a catalyst for hepatology sustainability and join the growing Club 1950 community by donating today

Club 1950 FAQs

Any donor giving $1950 and above will be included in the Club. The donor year is based on the calendar year; however, if you choose to give in December each year, we will extend the benefits to you over the course of the next year.

While there is no formal pledge commitment, we hope donors will join annually. We hope you will continue to give at or above that level each year moving forward, but committing as a Founding Member does not automatically opt you in for the following year. Contact us at Foundation@aasld.org to set up a renewing gift.

Yes, you can commit to Club 1950 by setting up a monthly recurring gift of $162.50.* Join the growing Club 1950 community by setting up your monthly gift today.
